At Accident Injury Brokers we offer a comprehensive accident management programme. This enables us to provide a bespoke and flexible service that complements your business.

Whether your client's insurance cover is third party or comprehensive, the vehicle is roadworthy or un-roadworthy (including total loss) or the requirement is for a specialist vehicle, Accident Injury Brokers will provide outstanding customer service to you and your client.

We have a dedicated team of experienced claim handlers providing a personal service, ordinarily answering the phone, in person, within three rings.

Working closely with our sources of work, taking a total view on the total work referred, we are prepared to take commercial risks when appropriate.

Due to our unique IT system we can provide our referrers with tailor made management information to suit your own systems.

We always advise by e-mail and/or fax the following: Receipt of referral; If roadworthy, that hire will commence to coincide with repairs; If un-roadworthy that hire is arranged. If we are not in a position to hire then we will always contact you directly with an explanation to avoid any potential problems between you and your client.
